The challenge
An insurance team brings on ten producers ahead of a busy sales period. New hires complete product lessons but struggle when prospects interrupt, challenge an explanation, or ask an unexpected question. Managers cannot provide unlimited one-to-one rehearsal, and completing coursework does not demonstrate conversational readiness.
The OnCue approach
The proposed program blends short practice sessions with targeted manager feedback. Producers rehearse discovery, quote explanations, and objections using approved agency material. Managers review weak areas and assess an unfamiliar scenario before expanding responsibilities. Product knowledge and required licensing or compliance checks remain separate from an AI score.
Competitor evidence
In a published GoHealth customer webinar, Second Nature reports 21% higher insurance sales, 33% shorter onboarding, and seven times as much practice. These are competitor-reported GoHealth outcomes, not independent causal proof and not OnCue results. They justify testing a structured program, not promising the same gains. Illustrative outcome
Hypothetical example · Not an OnCue result
Suppose the agency currently requires a median of 40 working days for its defined readiness standard. Reaching that standard in 34 days would represent six days saved, or a 15% reduction. This hypothetical figure was not derived from GoHealth’s reported improvement.
What to verify
Apply the same assessment to comparable cohorts. Review subsequent call quality, early policy cancellations, and time spent coaching; faster completion alone is insufficient evidence of better readiness.
